 Report of Canteen ( Physical Science Option)

The Physical Science Option student-teachers efficiently managed the college canteen for 20 working days, from February 23 to March 24, 2025, as part of the "Earn While You Learn" initiative, under the dedicated guidance of Ms. Binitha P. Chacko, whose leadership was instrumental in the project's success. During this period, they prepared and sold a variety of homemade items such as bread toast, veg samosa, unniyappam, irachi cake, veg momos, veg cutlet, kolli with chammanthi, mutta bajji, kozhikkotta, and petti pathiri, in collaboration with Chinoos Bakery (Olari), which provided additional snacks. An appealing brochure and daily promotion helped attract customers, while the team gained hands-on experience in planning, delegation, marketing, finance, crisis handling, and teamwork.We have learned how to prepare brochures and posters, handle YouTube videos, and effectively use various communication media.The "Fried Rice Fest" was a major attraction, and through diligent work, they maintained clear records and earned a profit of ₹1096, before officially handing over the canteen to the next batch of Social Science Option student-teachers on March 24, 2025.
