MATHEMATICS OPTION CANTEEN REPORT 29/10/25

 Canteen Report 

As a part of the Navanosh programme of the Mathematics option, Anagha Babu P, Gayathri Sasi, and Anupama Roy were in charge of the canteen activities on 29-10-2025 at Navajyothi College of Teacher Education for Women.

The Biryani Fest was organized by Navanosh, Mathematics Department, with the objective of raising funds and encouraging teamwork and managerial skills among students. The programme received good support and participation from students and staff members.

A variety of food items were arranged as per the brochure. The menu included:

Chicken Biriyani – Rs.110

Veg Biriyani – Rs.80

Egg Biriyani – Rs.90

Special Mushroom Biriyani – Rs.100

Chicken Fried Rice – Rs.150

Veg Fried Rice – Rs.130

Egg Fried Rice – Rs.130

Pre-ordering was made available till Monday, 27-10-2025, which helped in proper planning and avoiding food wastage. The ordered food items were distributed smoothly during the lunch break on 29-10-2025.

The canteen team efficiently handled order collection, coordination with food preparation, and distribution. Proper hygiene and time management were maintained throughout the programme. The event was successfully conducted without any inconvenience, and the response from the students and teachers was very positive.

Overall, the Biriyani Fest was a grand success, and the objectives of the Navanosh programme were effectively achieved through cooperative effort and responsible management by Group.
